USER AGREEMENT

The Details set out below constitute the User agreement between yourself and LocaNet- electronics. The terms Set Out Below are below are the terms, you the User, Agrees to on each and every occasion that you access and make use of the information or services provided by LocaNet- Electronics Site. In the event that you disagree with or are not prepared to accede to any of the following terms, you are respectfully requested not to continues to venture further on LocaNet-Electronics website. Your Further continuing use of the website id deemed to constitute an irrevocable acceptance by you of all of the terms contained in this agreement.

How does delivery work?

We use The Courier Guy to conduct our deliveries. We deliver nation-wide to all major centers and door to door delivery.

All orders are processed only when payment/ proof of payment is received.

In Gauteng: Please allow 2-3 working days from order payment and processing to delivery date.

Other cities: Please allow 3-4 working days from order payment and processing to delivery date.

Please note sometimes the courier slips up but it is out of our control and we cannot take responsibility, however you will have our continued and full support to ensure order fulfilment.

What is your Refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on new products and specially ordered products, so be sure what you buy!

We do offer a cash back refund on refurbished items. However, our policy is Repair, Replace or Refund. Should the item be defective, we will first repair before replacing, if you are not completely happy we will then refund.

If the items were correctly supplied you will be responsible for the transport cost.

If an item fails within seven(7) days of purchase, we will swap the item out for another as states above, or on request, the client will be fully refunded for the purchases. The client will not be charged that the device become defective. LocaNet-Electronics will provide the client with the same item to swap out of similar item depending on stock availability. The customer will be liable for the courier fees for returns.If you were not happy with the quality of the item or the item was defective we will carry the cost. You will have to pay for the initial shipping back to us. Refunds are only paid out when we have received the item, tested and confirmed the reported defects.

Specific refurbished or used components, such as HDD and Ram, will be swapped out for working unit, no cash refunds on such components.

All Items Bought from LocaNet-Electronics. online store have a 6 Months Carry-in Warranty unless otherwise stated.

If an item bought from LocaNet Electronics arrives dead on arrival (DOA) we will swap the item(s) out for another. We require customer to contact us within 48 hour of receiving the item(s) for the policy to be in effect. In the case, we will require all merchandise such as cables and other accessories or peripherals that come with the product to be sent back with the products purchased. If there are any item missing, we have the right to refuse a refund until all items returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at repairs@locanet-electronics.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide confirmation of this, as well as instrution on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital products

There will be no refund on digital products such as software and software keys.

What Warranties do you offer?

There is no warranty on software.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our refurbished products. We will swap out or replace.

A 12 month extended warranty is also available on refurbished computers.

New products have a 12 month warranty. This is a suppliers warranty and sometimes we have to send it back to our supplier. We will carry the cost on the warranty transport.

Are Refurbished Computers worth it?

Many users can save a lot by opting for refurbished computers!

As Computers themselves do not have many moving parts, many used PC components will not ‘wear out’ as a mechanical system would. While some older PCs might slow down in comparison to new products as technology advances, higher-end systems often perform better than most new systems in a similar price class.

We test all our products thoroughly to ensure their proper performance and reliability. many of our machines are also adjusted from original specifications to guarantee that they are up to modern standards.

This means that refurbished systems are the perfect balance of performance and affordability!

How does Cancellation work?

Any it purchase from LocaNet-Electronics online store have a 24-48 hours time frame to be canceled or change by the client. As soon as payment reflexes all order will be sent accordingly to how it was booked.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Both you the user and LocaNet-Electronics hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the South Africa Court in respect of and concerning disputes arising out of this agreement.
